Just yourself and water! We provide all props, mats, face towels, and mat towels.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Nope. Mats will be set up on the studio floor when you arrive. You’re welcome to use ours, or if you'd prefer to use your own, place your mat on top or hang ours up.

Yes! It’s a team effort. We ask that you wipe down all equipment using the towels and spray we provide. Help us keep the space clean and leave your props nice for the next person.
