XFormer Pilates Classes
Our 45-minute High-Intensity Machine classes are performed on the XFormer and center on slow, controlled movement with continuous muscle engagement. Each class uses resistance, time under tension, and intentional sequencing to build strength, endurance, and stability without impact. Expect to shake, sweat, and feel deeply worked while moving with precision. Every class includes a warm-up and cool-down.

XFormer Class Offerings

A beginner-friendly introduction to High-Intensity Pilates on the XFormer. This class focuses on familiar foundational movements, with most exercises performed on the front of the machine. Emphasis is placed on form, alignment, and control. While accessible for beginners, the slow, intentional work still provides a challenge for even the most experienced clients.

A total-body workout designed to sculpt the body from head to toe. Expect a balanced burn targeting the core, legs, obliques, and arms through controlled, strength-based sequences. With intentional timing and time under tension, this class builds endurance and strength while keeping every session dynamic and engaging.

A lower-body focused workout targeting the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and outer thighs. While the emphasis stays on the legs, upper body and core work may be incorporated to support balance and control. Expect slow, controlled movement, extended time under tension, and a deep, focused burn.

A focused class that builds core power and upper-body strength. Expect targeted work for the arms, shoulders, back, and deep abdominals, including obliques and stability-focused movements.

A full-body class that blends strength training with machine-assisted and dynamic stretching to improve mobility, range of motion, and overall strength. Controlled sequences and continuous movement create a balanced workout that feels both challenging and restorative.

A high-intensity, high-energy class that blends controlled strength work with cardio-driven intervals on and off the XFormer. Expect your heart rate to rise while maintaining precision and control. Designed to build endurance and stamina without impact.

Designed for experienced clients with a strong understanding of the machine. A minimum of 30 classes is required or special instructor approval. Expect longer holds, more advanced sequencing, heavier resistance, and minimal rest. This class is not for beginners.
