Bella is a Buffalo native whose love for movement began with sports and purposeful resistance training and conditioning. As an athlete, she has always been drawn to the connection between strength, discipline, and performance. While studying industrial design in New York City, she discovered hot yoga and the strong sense of community that comes with group fitness. Since returning to Buffalo, she has led thousands of group fitness classes that are intentional, energizing, and thoughtfully sequenced.

As a designer, Bella brings creativity to her class sequences and believes movement should train both the body and mind in a focused, holistic way. She designs classes that challenge you while offering easy ways to scale up or down. She loves incorporating variety into each class to keep things dynamic, balanced, and engaging.

  • Lindsay- Instructor

Lindsay grew up on Long Island, NY, where she spent most of her life as a competitive swimmer. Although she was constantly in the water, she always felt drawn to flipping upside down and standing on her head, that spark is what led her to yoga.

After four years of collegiate swimming, Lindsay graduated and searched for a new outlet for movement. She began practicing yoga on the beach in her hometown and quickly fell in love with the practice, especially the way it combined strength, flow, and presence.

Years of deepening her practice, both physically and spiritually, led her to Costa Rica, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Lindsay’s teaching style blends dynamic movement and fluid sequencing, encouraging her students to tap into their natural rhythm, awaken their fiery energy, and connect with their authentic flow. She weaves mantra, breathwork, and meditation into every class, believing these practices are the keys to cultivating inner peace.
